Sadhna Candles is a small artisanal business based in India, offering handcrafted candles and ceramics. All products are made in small batches and may have natural variations in colour, texture, and scent — this is a hallmark of handcrafted goods, not a defect.

2. Products

• Product images are representative; actual products may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of our goods.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or limit quantities at any time.

3. Orders & Payments

• Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Accepted methods include UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking.
• In the event of a failed transaction, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud or if the product is out of stock.

7. Candle Safety

Our candles are made with natural wax and fragrance oils. Please observe the following safety guidelines:

• Never leave a burning candle unattended.
• Keep away from children, pets, and flammable materials.
• Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
• Place on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
• Stop use when 1cm of wax remains.

Sadhna Candles is not liable for damage or injury arising from improper use of our products.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sadhna Candles shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
