Refund & Return Policy

Every Sadhna Candles product is handcrafted with care and inspected before dispatch. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something is not right, here's how we can help.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Requests raised after this window will not be accepted.

2. Eligible Reasons for Return

We accept returns only in the following cases:

• Product was damaged in transit (must be reported with photos within 48 hours of delivery)
• You received the wrong item (different product or variant)
• Product is defective due to a manufacturing issue

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

• Products that have been used or partially burned
• Items without original packaging
• Products purchased during a sale or at a discount
• Customised / personalised items
• Minor variations in colour, fragrance intensity, or texture — these are natural characteristics of handmade goods and not defects

4. How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at divyagupta1905@gmail.com with subject line: “Return Request — Order #[your order ID]”
2. Include clear photographs of the product and packaging showing the issue.
3. Our team will respond within 2 business days with next steps.
4. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or ask you to ship the product back to us.

Please do not return items without prior approval from our team.

5. Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned product.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, or net banking).
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchange

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, the order will have entered processing and cannot be cancelled. To cancel, email us immediately at divyagupta1905@gmail.com.
